How are your planning fees calculated?’
By charging a planning fee, I can dedicate the necessary time and attention to detail to curate a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences. My goal is to save you time, provide you with peach of mind, and ensure a seamless trip from start to finish. My planning fees are calculated based on the complexity of trip. This includes the number of legs, number of travelers, number of nights, and vicinity of time to departure. My planning packages range from DIY-friendly support to full-service planning. Do you get better rates than if I booked myself?
My goal is to ensure that you have the best experience possible that is perfectly matched to your vision and interests. There are many times that I do have access to negotiated rates, but the real value is in how I can save you time, stress, and frustration either prior to traveling or while actually in the destination. I love planning! Can we still work together?
A lot of fun is researching and creating anticipation for the destination before traveling. As a travel advisor, my goal it to enhance your travel experience and provide you with expert advice, personalized recommendations, and insider knowledge that you may not find on your own. I consider this collaborative experience. However I do offer consultation calls at a rate of $100/hour to collaborate to your hearts content.
Why do you provide bundled package rates?
As a travel advisor, my focus is on curating comprehensive travel experiences rather than just providing individual component rates. I take a holistic approach to trip planning, considering various factors such as accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional services to create a seamless itinerary tailored to your preferences. By bundling these components together, I can leverage my industry relationships to secure the best overall value for your trip.
Do you work with VRBO and/or AIRBNB?
I do not work with properties that are individually owned and/or managed. I am unable to stand behind the quality of individually owned and/or managed properties. If you are looking for options with shared space (like a living room), we will work with our partners to find vetted villas, apartments, and/or hotels that best meet your needs.
What does the intake call look like?
The intake call is painless, I promise! You will speak with me directly after the submission of your inquiry form. I’ll send over a link to you to schedule an appointment to discuss your trip. We’ll talk about the ins and outs of your proposed trip and that will help me get started planning the most amazing trip for you.
How do I get started?
Just fill out the inquiry form on my site! Once I have your details, we’ll schedule an intake call to explore your travel style, preferences, and what a memorable experience means to you.
What kind of travel booking do you accept?
I specialize in soft & affordable luxury—think boutique stays, meaningful experiences, and personalized touches that feel high-end without draining your savings account. You deserve a trip that feels indulgent and intentional. I can always provide options for a budget travel option, but that is not within my scope. I can always provide recommendations for anything not within my scope.
Do you book flights too?
Yes! I can include flights in your full itinerary if that’s something you want off your plate. Some clients prefer to use points or book flights themselves—either way, I’ll help make sure timing and logistics are seamless.
Do you help with pet care while I travel?

Do you offer support while I’m on my trip?
Yes, for full-service clients, I offer on-trip support (for certain time zones) in case something unexpected comes up. You’re never left hanging—I’ve got your back from takeoff to touchdown. If you are in a time zone that I do not support, we can always work with an in-destination management company to help me support you while you are away. Think Da Nang, Vietnam, while I am in Atlanta, Georgia. What kind of support could I really offer?

I sure do! Whether it’s a beachy escape, South American summer dreams, or a far-flung food tour, I’ve can help design international itineraries that blend adventure, rest, and unforgettable moments. I work with suppliers all over the world that will help me create the best travel experience dedicate to you.
What happens after I approve the proposal?
Once you give me the green light, I’ll handle all bookings and send over a final itinerary. You’ll receive a beautifully organized, mobile-friendly travel doc you can reference on the go. All you have to do? Pack and get excited.
